Shipping policy

We offer Free Shipping. This will be delivered in 2-8 business days. If you need your items sooner, please email us at the.xoxo.boutique.customer@gmail.com

All orders received Monday through Friday, excluding Holidays and Weekends, are processed within 2-5 Business days. 

We can not guarantee delivery times, this is based on the shipping services of UPS/USPS. 

The XOXO Boutique is not responsible for packages lost, misdelivered, stolen, or packages sent to the address that was entered in at checkout. if tracking shows that your package has been delivered, please check with you neighbors and family members to insure that they did not receive the package. If you still have not received the package please file a claim with the appropriate delivery service.

Once you have placed your order, you will receive e-mail confirmation, in addition, a shipping confirmation will be sent once your order has been shipped. This email will include your tracking number and info. 

It is possible for your order to be split into different shipments. If this occurs you will be sent two different tracking numbers. 

If you do not receive a  tracking number please email us at the.xoxo.boutique.customer@gmail.com. We will respond in a timely manner. 

Once your order is placed, changes and cancellations cannot be made. 

The XOXO Boutique reserves the right to cancel orders for any reason. 

At this time, we only ship within the United States. 


DROPSHIPPING ITEM: 

Select Items are sent directly through wholesaler.  Please allow 1-3 day processing and 1-3 day ship. All items are still products of The XOXO Boutique. If you do not receive your items please contact The XOXO Boutique.
